GoodJob® is a software platform that provides deep matching of jobs and candidates. The software’s machine-learning algorithm is based on psychological data that removes implicit bias and identifies candidates who will be most successful in the role.
GoodJob uses a proprietary test called the PATH Assessment® that was developed at Harvard in 1982 and refined over the past 40 years. The app is available for candidates on the App Store, Google Play, or at goodjob.io. Employers access the app online at goodjob.io.
